Fall in Montana: Beautiful scenery changing from the summer green palette to the vibrant orange and yellows of Fall, crisp fresh air, bull elk bugling as the rut kicks in, and Big Brown Trout.
Head guide Jared Arnold fished the Yellowstone River today and reported good numbers of rising fish on the water. The temp of the water has been heating up a bit so the chances of seeing consistent fish on top is not good. Nymphs and streamers are proving successful as well as Jared’s favorite pattern the “rubberleg”. (more…)
